Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • The product received is damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • Items are missing from the package

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise specified for the product.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase or order number

Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Amkart account.

  2. Go to My Orders.

  3. Select the product you want to return.

  4. Click Request Return and provide the reason.

Once the request is approved, instructions for product pickup or return shipping will be provided.


5. Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


6. Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement if:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item arrived damaged

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.


7. Return Shipping

Return shipping may be handled in the following ways:

  • Free pickup arranged by the platform, or

  • Customer may need to ship the product back as instructed.

Shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for return.


8. Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider or bank.

  3. If the issue persists, contact Amkart support.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers.


9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos

  • Description of the issue

This will help us resolve the issue quickly.
